MVP Rave Feature: A really helpful function of Rave is the ability to keep track of any after-sales contact with the client. Overall we are able to keep track of all our communication with the client in one place.
Project Story: This project was for a young professional who was building her first home. She wanted to balance individual flair with practicality and functionality, all whilst staying within budget, the holy grail of building your own home! We were able to use Rave to communicate with her during the build and keep her updated with the progress, including photos, at key milestones or if there were decisions that needed to be made. We were aso able to keep a very close eye on costs and clearly communicate the cost impact of different options with the client as the build progressed.
Our client was delighted with the end product and particularly enjoyed the visibility she could have over the project using her client login.
