Project Story: This show home is designed to show people what a Homes by Orange 'standard build' with a few added features can look like. The design for the interior of the home is inspired by the location being in New Zealand's sunniest region. Combining a blend of coastal and country aesthetics including a white on white colour scheme, plenty of palms and natural textures throughout.
The home’s exterior is a mix of EZpanel plaster and Genia timber cladding. The contemporary twin gable roof adds great street appeal and gives a modern yet timeless look.
At 202m2, this modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home complete with double garage maximises space both indoors and out, thanks to innovative design and craftsmanship.
