Task Gantt date printing - Bug fix

Reduced cell width button in Task Gantt - Update

  • When viewing the Gantt chart, you’ll now notice a button that can hide or show the date information on the left, so when it’s hidden, users can see more days columns along the Gantt.

Export Timesheet with notes - Bug fix

Add pre-contract signed/non-contract variations into the progress payment summary - Update

  • Users are now able to account for pre-contract signed/non-contract variation requests/payments received to be included in the project's progress payment tab.

Client profile project collapses when an invoice request is loaded, or updated - Bug fix

Schedule notifications - Bug fix

Variation accepted notification email to project manager ‘switch’ - Update

  • We have added a switch to the 'accept' variation confirmation process to send/do not send the notification email to the project manager.

Xero/Rave tax rate settings update - New feature

  • Users can now set their own tax rate in the Xero settings page. By default, the tax rate is set as 15%, as per NZ GST.

Xero account code does not exist alert - Update

  • When trying to push invoices, progress payments, purchase orders or bills  to Xero, if the cost center set in Rave does not exist in Xero, the request is saved in Xero without an account type.
  • Users will now be alerted if a pushed item contains an account code not already loaded in Xero.

Xero submission failed notification - General update

  • Users are now notified whenever a request from Rave is not submitted to Xero - for example when part of a request has failed the user will receive an alert notification.
