Rave General Update - 10th October 2024

Every two weeks, we'll post a 'General Update' on the UPDATES page of our website, highlighting all the new features and improvements from the past fortnight. We’ll also include a link to these updates in our monthly newsletter, making it easy for you to stay informed and access the latest features and enhancements.

In this update, we're detailing these awesome improvements and features:

• The Contract Name has been added to the project's Overview page
• An Expand All/ Collapse All milestones button has been added to the schedule Task List view
• Non-working days are now greyed out in the view by 'Days' Gantt print view
• Progress Payment List - New UI and Enhancements
• A Print icon has been added to the branch's Progress Payment list page
• A Quotes report has been added to the branch's Financial Reporting page

THE CONTRACT NAME HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE PROJECT'S OVERVIEW PAGE

The project's Contract Name has been added (underneath) the project overview's Job Number reference

EXPAND ALL/COLLAPSE ALL MILESTONE BUTTONS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE TASK LIST VIEW

Expand All/Collapse All milestone buttons have been added to the schedule Task List view, furthermore Rave will remember schedule milestones that were expanded or collapsed when you return to the task list view.

NON-WORKING DAYS ARE NOW GREYED OUT IN THE VIEW BY 'DAY' GANTT PRINT VIEW

‍Non-working days (if displayed i.e. the 'Hide non-working days' tick box is not ticked) are now greyed out in the view by 'Days' Gantt print view.

Progress Payment List - New UI and Enhancements

We’ve made exciting improvements to the Progress Payment List to boost efficiency:

- New User Interface (UI): Enjoy a cleaner, more intuitive design for smoother navigation.

- Multi-select Project Filter: Filter and manage multiple projects at once for quicker access.

- Task Column Sorting: Easily sort tasks to streamline your workflow.

- Project Manager Column Selection: Filter by project manager to quickly find relevant projects.

-  A print option has been added to the branch's Progress Payment list page

‍A QUOTES REPORT HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE BRANCH'S FINANCIAL REPORTING PAGE

A Quotes report has been added to the branch's Financial Reporting page, allowing you to view all quotes loaded across all projects for a given date range, with filters, and the ability to print to PDF, or export to a CSV file.

This is also available at a company level for Franchised Businesses or clients with more than one Branch so you can view ALL quotes across your entities
