Welcome to Another Blog Update.
Its almost the end of Quarter 1 and we have been making some awesome changes to our system over the last two weeks. Some of these changes are highlighted below.
The rest of the work we have completed is part of our new albums feature due end of next week, our Accounting Upgrade due end of April and our CRM feature (Phase One) due May this year.
As usual we also include a link to these updates in our monthly newsletter, making it easy for you to stay informed and access the latest features and enhancements.
If you have unsubscribed from our monthly newsletter and you'd like to re-subscribe please let us know at help@ravebuild.co.nz

Daily Briefing email - Task Changes
Your project's 'Charge Up' report displays your project's 'Estimate Total' vs what has been 'Invoiced' to date, the 'Balance' still to be invoiced (including any variations) and the 'Cost to Complete'.
An expanded view by category and subcategory is also available, so you can easily view and compare the categories and subcategories in estimate total vs what has been invoiced out, and is still to be invoiced.
A handy 'Show GST Inclusive' switch allows you to alter all figures to include GST.
This update has included the ability to export the CSV file or PDF with or without the subcategories

Once you have started invoicing your clients from either Quotes/Purchase Orders or Bills to Client Invoices you have access to the new Settlement Statement option via the Invoices Out Tab
This statement shows All invoices, the amount and date of invoice the status and Balance left to pay.
Its laid out in an easy to view table format and has the option to included or exclude the payment table which shows amounts paid with dates.

When sending a Quote/Estimate or Variation to the client using our Financial Management tool we will now add the site address to the subject line of the email we send with the document.
We also add the Site Address when notifying the client and/or staff when the document is accepted or declined.
This makes tracking the documents a lot easier when you have the same client names with multiple projects on the go
