We are halfway through February already and have released some fantastic new updates that we know you will love.
As usual we also include a link to these updates in our monthly newsletter, making it easy for you to stay informed and access the latest features and enhancements.
If you have unsubscribed from our monthly newsletter and you'd like to re-subscribe please let us know at help@ravebuild.co.nz
Lets get into the updates below:
We have made Notification control so much easier.
When logged in as branch owner you can now control ALL of your staff notifications in one place on the Profile Notification Settings Page including bulk updating many profiles at once.
All Branch users including site staff/managers and timesheet users can now edit their own notifications from their Profile Notifications Setting Page.
You can choose NO notifications, internal only, external only or a mix of both.
If there is only one option available, it means that the feature does not support both internal and external notifications.
If you are a contractor you can set these notification per Rave Branch (Rave Client) you have access to.
If you are a Rave Cross Branch user (you have access to more than one branch) you can also choose which notifications you want to enable or disable for each Branch.

Just like in our Buy Variance report you now have an option to add notes to your Back Costing Reporting. These notes can be exported to PDF and sit alongside the Category of each item.
You can choose to expand your view to see all notes at once or open them one by one
The paper icon with a number overlaying it indicates how many notes are on each Category.

For those with Branch Timesheet Settings permission you can now set the default clock in and Clock out start and Finish times for your Rave Account.
This means that when your team log into the app, the time you set will be the default choice

For those with Branch Reporting Permission who have access to the Clients Lost report you will now have a project created column to track when the project was created and when the project was marked as lost.
This will give greater reporting visibility around timeframes.

We have added the ability to have the tasks hours estimated show decimal places i.e. 123.75 hours or 123.25.
We have added the ability to allow tasks to be created for 0 hours as well as for $0 cost and $0 sell price for those are reminder tasks not necessarily billed tasks.
We have added the ability to view the Budget report with negative calculations in RED. This will be where you have over spent on hours vs budget or under charged on invoiced vs total hours
