User Permissions - New Feature

Recently, we've been enhancing your options for managing user permissions. We understand how crucial it is to control access to your company's and clients' data. Rave has thoughtfully designed a system that enables Branch Owners, and those they authorise, to manage permissions with ease. You can now choose who can view or edit content across all of Rave’s sub tabs and grant access to specific reports, including project and company financials through Rave's comprehensive reporting tools.

Buy Variance Report - New Financial Report

Rave's new 'Buy Variance Report' allows you to compare your quotes vs bills by Category and Sub-category level, for a more granular back costing view.  You'll know exactly where you are over or under spending! When the category is expanded, there are 3 dots to the right hand side to allow you to add a note with an explanation of your unders and overs. This allows for easy access for management to be informed of the line item (subcategory) variances.

You'll find the 'Buy Variance Report' via your project's Budget sub-tab - under the Project Reporting dropdown.
